The den also features a new 50" 4K Smart TV, in addition to super-cozy seating.
The primary bedroom features a king size bed, dresser, walk in closet, and TV with Roku. The primary bath is also attached.
The Retreat provides 2 SUPs, 4 adult and 2 youth kayaks for your use

Our backyard opens onto a canal off the Weeki Wachee Springs.
Our newly refreshed kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, including a glass top stove & oven, outside vented range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.
We have a full size washer & dryer available for use, and we provide laundry detergent sheets and dryer sheets.

The back deck is furnished with a small patio set for relaxing and overlooking the backyard and canal.
Our drive way gives ample parking for our guests! The carport also gives a great covered entrance to the retreat.
We have a variety of sizes of life jackets stored under the deck for the safety of our guests!
We just added a yard dice set to the lanai...let the good times roll!
The giant checkers & tic-tac-toe set is in the lanai.

Manatees love to hang out right in front of our dock to munch on our eel grass!
Weeki Mermaid Retreat is located on one of the beautiful canals of the Weeki Wachee River! You can swim, kayak, or fish right on the canal, and we are just a short paddle to the main river!
The canal is a beautiful place to watch nature, fish, kayak, or swim!
A beach bag and beach towels can be found inside the master closet.
We have a wide variety of board games, puzzles, and card games for when you just need a little inside break or on the occasional rainy day. They can be found in the queen bedroom.
We have a selection of kids toys that changes occasionally. Most of them can be found in the TV cabinet in the den.
You'll often see manatees at our dock in the early morning hours, as well as throughout the river!
Kayaking the Weeki Wachee River is one of our favorite ways to explore the area surrounding Weeki Mermaid Retreat!
The beach at Pine Island is the perfect place to relax & enjoy the Gulf of Mexico! This county park has a fishing pier, swimming beach, playground, volleyball and picnic tables.
The food at Willy's Tropical Breeze Cafe is amazing! Eat right on their deck at Pine Island and enjoy the views with your snack or meal!
The beach at Buccaneer Bay in Weeki Wachee Springs State Park is a great place to swim and cool off!

Our kayaks, swim mat, and standup paddle board are all located in the rack next to the shed.
